Refund policy

At Bongga, your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.

RETURN WINDOW

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, requests beyond this period cannot be accommodated.

RETURN FEES

A nominal fee of ₹199 + shipping charges will be applicable for each returned item. This helps us cover part of the processing and logistics costs.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Items purchased during a clearance sale or with a limited-time discount are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Items bought during discounts or clearance sales are not eligible for exchange.

A fixed ₹139 exchange fee applies for each item exchanged.

Once approved, the replacement product will reach you within 5–7 working days.

REFUND TIMELINE

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5 working days to your original payment method.
